Large Scale Residential
The Veer Towers, which are LEED gold certified, are an integral component in the general development of the MGM City Centre. The task of designing was done full justice by Murphy Jahn and the concept involves the towers arising from a base of crystals, wherein retail shops serve the function of depicting crystals in the scheme. A five degree juxtaposition relative to each other is not by far the only thing making the towers special as there is also sun protection to stave off the Las Vegas heat, among other features.
